Three letterforms, one station

Choose how the initials go on.

Every event gets a curated menu — a few items, a few letter styles, a matched thread palette — because a tight menu is what keeps the line moving and the finish flawless.

The run of show

How a monogram station runs.

Menu locked early

Weeks before doors, we proof fonts, thread colors, and items against your palette so night-of choices stay quick and beautiful.

Guests choose

A guest picks an item, their initials, and a thread or letter color from the menu card. Thirty seconds, fully guided by our crew.

Machines run

Embroidery stitches while guests mingle; patch and engraving pieces finish in minutes. A numbered claim ticket keeps it effortless.

Concierge handoff

Finished pieces are inspected, folded or ribbon-wrapped, and handed back — or staged at valet for a white-glove exit moment.

Asked before booking

Quick answers for planners.

What exactly is event monogramming?

It is live personalization at your event: a staffed station where guests pick an item and their initials, choose a thread color or letter style, and watch the piece get stitched, pressed, or engraved on the spot. Merch Troop supplies the machines, the operators, and usually the blank goods too.

How far in advance should a planner book?

Three to six weeks is comfortable for most Southern California dates. That window covers product sourcing, a thread palette matched to your linens or brand, and a font menu proof. Peak gala season Saturdays and Las Vegas dates deserve more runway.

Can the station match our event design?

Yes — that is most of the fun. We proof the letter styles, thread colors, table dressing, and signage against your palette before the event, so the station reads like part of the decor rather than a vendor table.
