The big room

Event monogramming in Los Angeles.

From Beverly Hills ballrooms to arts-district launch parties — no travel fee, and load-in math that respects the 101.

Los Angeles is where our station has played its widest range: black-tie fundraisers in Beverly Hills, brand launches in DTLA warehouse spaces, studio wrap celebrations, and convention floors at LACC. The city sits inside our no-travel-fee zone, so an LA quote reads exactly like an Orange County one — the difference is all in logistics, and that is our problem to solve, not yours.

Load-in, the LA edition

Every LA venue is a different puzzle: hotel docks with hard appointment windows, historic buildings with one freight elevator, warehouse spaces with beautiful concrete and zero adjacent parking. We scout or advance-call every unfamiliar address, pad drive time for the corridor traffic everyone pretends will be fine, and arrive with equipment cased for whatever the building throws at us. Your COI lands with the venue the week we book.

What LA books

  • Launch parties — after-dark retail and product events where the station is part of the production design, crew in black, equipment uplit to match
  • Galas and fundraisers — embroidery with drop-and-claim flow and valet-staged pickup
  • Studio and agency celebrations — wrap gifts and premiere favors with names, not just logos
  • LACC trade shows — letter bars specced to the convention center's power and drayage paperwork

Timing notes for LA planners

Evening events west of the 405 need afternoon load-ins — we schedule against traffic, not through it. DTLA venues often require certificate and dock booking a full week ahead. None of this changes your cost; it changes our calendar, which is why the LA advice is simply: share the venue address early.

LA event coming up? Send the venue and date — we will confirm the load-in plan with the quote.
